The short version
We never sell, rent, or trade your information, and we never see your card number. We keep the details needed to print and ship your order, nothing more, and you can ask us to delete them at any time.
What we collect, and why
Placing an order means giving us the things required to fulfil it: your name, email address, and shipping address, along with what you bought. If you send artwork, we hold that file and any instructions you write with it. If you email us, we have that conversation.
There are no accounts or logins on this site, so there is no password to protect and no profile building up in the background.
Payments
Checkout is handled entirely by Stripe, a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified processor. Your card details go straight to Stripe and never touch our servers — we cannot see or store your card number.
Stripe creates a customer record for each order holding your name, email, shipping address, and order history. That record lets us recognise a returning customer, apply first-order discounts correctly, and look up your order when you contact us. It lives in Stripe's systems, not on a database of ours.
Artwork uploads
When you send a logo through the Design Studio, your file, your order reference, and any notes you add are transmitted to Make.com, the automation service we use to route artwork into production. It is used solely to produce your order. If you leave feedback in the optional survey there, that goes to the same service.
Shipping
Your name and address are shared with the carrier — USPS or UPS — because a parcel cannot arrive otherwise. Nothing else about you is shared with them.
Analytics
We use Vercel Analytics to see which pages get visited. It is cookieless and aggregate: it does not follow you between websites, does not build a profile of you, and does not identify you personally. We do not run advertising trackers or third-party ad scripts.
Cookies and local storage
Your shopping cart is kept in your own browser's local storage so it survives between page visits. That stays on your device and is never sent to us. During checkout, Stripe sets its own cookies to keep the payment session secure.
Who we share it with
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information — ever, and we do not share it for anyone's marketing or advertising.
We share only what is necessary, only with services that help fulfil your order: Stripe for payment, Make.com for artwork handling, and the shipping carrier for delivery. That is the complete list.
How long we keep it
Order records are retained while we may still need them — to reprint a design you reorder, resolve a problem, or satisfy tax and accounting obligations. Artwork is kept so repeat orders match your previous run, which is something customers ask for often. If you would rather we did not, tell us and we will remove it.
Your rights
You can ask what we hold about you, ask for a copy, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email admin@stickerlab15.com and we will handle it, including coordinating with Stripe where the data sits on their side. Residents of the EU, UK, and California have these rights explicitly in law, but we extend them to everyone because it is simpler and fairer.
Some records must be kept for a period regardless — completed transactions are business records — but anything not legally required to be retained will be removed.
Changes to this policy
If we change how data is handled, this page is updated at the same time and the date above changes with it.
Contact
Questions about any of this go to admin@stickerlab15.com, or through the contact page. A real person in St. Louis answers.
