Terms of Service

The Basics

Stickerlab15 is a custom print shop based in St. Louis, Missouri. By placing an order through this site you agree to these terms. Questions about any of it? Email admin@stickerlab15.com — we usually reply the same day.

Orders & Payment

All prices are in US dollars. Payments are processed by Stripe — we never see or store your card details. Your order is confirmed when you receive the confirmation email. If we can't produce your order for any reason, we'll tell you promptly and refund you in full.

Your Artwork

When you send us a logo or design, you're confirming that you own it or have the right to have it printed. You keep full ownership of your artwork — you simply grant us permission to print it for your order. We may decline artwork we don't have the rights to reproduce or that won't print at acceptable quality, and if something about your file looks off, we'll reach out before production starts.

We're proud of the work that leaves the shop and may photograph or feature finished orders in our marketing. If you'd rather keep your order private, just say so — no hard feelings.

Production & Shipping

Everything is made to order, typically printed and shipped within 2–4 business days — full details in the Shipping Policy. Rush turnarounds are available by arrangement. Once a package is with the carrier, delivery timing is in their hands; we aren't responsible for carrier delays, but if a shipment goes sideways we'll help chase it down.

Returns

Because every item is custom printed, all sales are final once production starts. If an order arrives damaged, misprinted, or wrong, email us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we'll reprint or refund it — full details in the Return Policy.

Our Content

The Stickerlab15 name, logo, site design, and product photography belong to us. Please don't reuse them without permission.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

Governing Law & Changes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri. We may update them from time to time; the date above reflects the latest revision, and continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
